Pay Rate: up to $61.27/hour
The IT Analyst will support, maintain, and optimize IT systems across the organization, with a focus on business process support, system administration, and end-user assistance. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and provide technical expertise to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to enterprise applications.

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and implement IT solutions.

Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, systems, and processes.
-
Support Help Desk functions, responding to and resolving user-submitted tickets efficiently.

Assist in user training and onboarding related to IT systems and software applications.

Conduct testing and validation of new systems or system updates.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and networking concepts.

Experience supporting IT systems in manufacturing or engineering environments is a plus.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience in an enterprise environment.

Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise software applications.

Experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and user support.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
