In this role, you’ll be working with ad concepts related to player motivations across different audiences, tailoring content for various sources, and identifying key success factors and best practices to share with other teams. 

Your focus will be on building expertise in playable ads, establishing best practices for this format, and ultimately creating standout creatives that set trends within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate ideas for playable ads
• Gather expertise and turn insights into clear, data-backed success factors
• Write scripts and visualize concepts through diagrams, storyboards, and reference materials
• Collaborate with artists, animators, and developers to bring ideas to life, offering timely feedback to ensure the desired outcome
• Analyze the creative's performance and draw actionable conclusions from the metrics
• Refine successful concepts and generate new ideas based on UA data

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Marketing Creatives Director/Producer within a mobile games studio or publisher
• Hands-on experience with playable ads, with a strong understanding of their core principles and limitations
• Game design education or certification is an advantage
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing and the ad production cycle, with the skill to manage key stages effectively
• Experience in identifying and interpreting market trends, with the ability to generate and adapt successful ideas
