Job Description:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Seeq, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence across the United States. Your primary focus will be selling Seeq's cutting-edge software solutions to both new and existing customers, accelerating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and securing new logo acquisitions.
This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach, leveraging Seeq's value-selling methodology to drive customer expansion, renewals, and net-new business. Success in this position relies on strong collaboration with Seeq's industry experts, Customer Success Managers, Analytics Engineers, Enablement team, partners, and the broader Sales organization to deliver impactful solutions tailored to customer needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but not limited to the following:
- Sales & Territory Management: Drive direct sales within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. Prioritize, prospect, and develop accounts to achieve ARR and new logo targets.
- Solution Selling: Develop and present solution proposals that highlight Seeq's core value proposition, negotiating pricing and contracts to close deals.
- Enterprise SaaS Expertise: Leverage a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales to penetrate accounts, engage key stakeholders, and influence VP and C-level executives.
- Pipeline & Strategy: Own and manage sales opportunities, including forecasting, account strategy, and alignment with key third-party influencers.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Operate effectively as both an individual contributor and team player, mentoring others and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
- Continuous Growth: Maintain a growth mindset, embrace learning, and take accountability for personal and professional development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, focusing on large strategic accounts and SaaS applications.
- Industry knowledge in life sciences and pharmaceuticals is a must.
- Background in selling complex, multi-solution enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving enterprise deals.
- Strong ability to penetrate accounts and engage Sr. Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Expertise in territory management, market segmentation, and demand generation strategies.
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, consultative selling, and closing.
- Proficiency in MEDDICC or similar sales methodologies.
- Experience negotiating contract terms and pricing with procurement/vendor management.
- Willingness to travel to marketing events and sales engagements.
