We are looking for a skilled Business/BI Analyst to join our core BI team!

In this role, you’ll help shape a transparent, reliable, and impactful data infrastructure that supports decision-making across the company. You’ll work closely with both product and data teams to build and maintain core data marts, business metrics, and certified reports – ensuring that everything we deliver is accurate, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data marts and a semantic layer of business metrics in collaboration with data engineers
• Build reports from scratch: gather requirements, define logic, and create final visualizations in Tableau
• Participate in the internal reporting certification process
• Work with ad monetization data: design data models, ensure data accuracy and completeness, and provide a stable foundation for ad revenue growth
• Collaborate with domain analysts as both stakeholders and key business partners

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2+ years of experience in BI/Business analytics or Product analytics, with hands-on experience building data marts and dashboards
• Confident in writing SQL (ClickHouse experience is a plus), with a solid understanding of DWH/data mart architecture
• Experience with Tableau (preferred), and a good sense of data visualization and UX principles
• Familiar with documentation tools (we use Notion), Git, and ideally Airflow
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured, product-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Bonus points for experience in game development, mobile analytics, or product analytics

Nice to Have

• Experience with client monetization metrics and conducting A/B tests
